About This Role
The Field Volunteer Supervisor leads teams of volunteers during ration distributions, medical camps, and community events, ensuring activities run safely, efficiently, and with dignity for the families we serve.
Responsibilities
- Brief and supervise volunteer teams before and during field activities.
- Ensure distribution and registration processes run smoothly and fairly.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate concerns to program staff.
- Collect attendance and activity data from each event.
Requirements
- Prior experience supervising teams or volunteers, ideally in an NGO setting.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work occasional weekends for scheduled events.
- Based in or near Karachi.
