About This Role
We are looking for an organized, compassionate Program Coordinator to plan and oversee the day-to-day delivery of our food ration, medical assistance, and education support programs. You will work closely with field volunteers, track program impact, and ensure resources reach the families who need them most.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule monthly distribution and outreach activities across program areas.
- Coordinate with field volunteers and partner organizations to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries and track program impact metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in NGO program coordination or community outreach.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to field sites within Pakistan.
