About This Role
We are seeking a creative Social Media & Content Officer to grow our online presence, share the impact of our programs, and support fundraising campaigns through storytelling. You will create photo, video, and written content that connects donors with the people we serve.
Responsibilities
- Plan and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp channels.
- Capture photos and short videos during program visits and events.
- Write donor-facing updates and campaign copy.
- Track engagement and report on content performance.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, NGO, or cause.
- Comfortable with basic photo/video editing tools.
- Excellent written English and Urdu.
- A genuine interest in nonprofit and community work.
